Clients and Specialists are not required to wear masks when using the Clipt platform.

The CDC still recommends wearing a mask if you have certain risk factors and/or high transmission levels in your area.

Clipt respects your values and preferences. We know many people still feel safer wearing a mask because of personal or family reasons, so please be respectful of their preferences. If you ever feel uncomfortable, you can always cancel the appointment.

The pandemic has been difficult on us all. You’ve continued to help protect our communities—whether it’s by wearing a mask, making space for one another, or giving each other the respect they deserve. Thank you.

It’s still important to take safety precautions while providing or receiving services. So please make sure to sanitize your hands before and after services, and always cover your cough or sneeze.

All Hair Specialists are checked before their first appointment

Before anyone can work with Clipt, they must clear a multi-step background and safety screening.

Your personal information stays personal

Clipt uses technology to help keep your phone number private, so neither specialists nor clients will see each other’s numbers when communicating through the Clipt app. Once a service is completed, the app also protects client information by concealing specific addresses in a specialist’s trip history.
