I tried to the app and had never had a home haircut before, but I was able to choose from different stylists in the area with different kinds of expertise. The process went very smoothly and my stylist Katie was wonderful to work with. My two little kids were at home during my haircut, and I had to stop to redirect them to different activities, but she was very understanding about it. She also has experience working with special needs clients, so she would be great for any clients in that category.
